Of course, we would probably see some power boost, but both engines are already pretty capable. The base model comes with a 2.0-liter turbo-four, which is good for about 250 horsepower. On the other side, the 2024 Ford Edge ST may keep the same 2.7-liter V6, also with a power boost, but we may see a new 3.0-liter unit under the hood.
The 2024 Ford Edge Hybrid is another thing we expect to see in the offer. We count on the same systems you can find in the Explorer. This means a system based on a 3.3-liter V6 engine, which is good for about 318 horsepower. We may even see a plug-in hybrid version, which comes with the impressive max output of 450 horsepower and 600 pound-feet of torque.

Interior
The current model features a relatively decent cabin design. Still, there are several areas that feature hard plastics and generally, most rivals feel more upscale. That’s the reason why we expect to see notable improvements in this aspect.
On the other side, this crossover has never lacked interior space, so we have no doubt that the new model will carry on in the same way. This means two spacious rows of seats, with plenty of legroom. Still, we would definitely like to see better front seats this time.
When it comes to the cargo area, we also don’t have any complaints. The current model features the biggest cargo area among two-row crossover, as you may count on about 39 cubic feet behind the second row and more than 73 cubic feet of the overall cargo space. The new 2024 Ford Edge should come with similar numbers.

The 2024 Ford Edge may arrive by the end of the year, but 2024 looks a little bit more likely at the moment. When it comes to the price, base models will probably go around 30.000 dollars.
