2024 Jeep Gladiator Mojave Diesel, Changes, and Release Date. New 2024 Jeep Gladiator Mojave is on its way. This pickup truck comes with a desert-rated badge. It is a special version of the Jeep’s newest Gladiator pickup truck. Mojave is a variant that is oriented towards high-speed off-roading. It offers so much equipment and additional upgrades.

The chassis has been modified, and the appearance is more aggressive. Higher ride and various interior updates are also available. The sales should start this Summer, and Gladiator Mojave will compete with Ford F-150 Raptor and Chevy Colorado ZR2.

Engine Specs

Just like the standard Gladiator, Mojave pickup uses the same 3.6-liter Pentastar engine. This potent V6 provides 285 horsepower. The 2024 Jeep Gladiator Mojave will produce 260 lb-ft of torque. A stop-start system is standard, and it saves fuel by a slight margin.

Mojave will also provide a six-speed manual transmission, which surprises all of the off-road fans. Still, an eight-speed automatic transmission is available as well if you are not a fan of a manual gearbox.

What Desert-Rated Means?

A desert-Rated badge is Jeep’s way to award vehicles for impressive off-road abilities. The 2024 Jeep Gladiator Mojave is a desert rated pickup truck. That means Jeep guarantees ultimate high-speed off-roading, along with great performances, both on and off the road. This badge is not easy to obtain. Gladiator Mojave had to undergo various tests to prove its versatility. The Mojave version offers better ride control and better stability.

2024 Gladiator Mojave Looks Aggressive

The upcoming 2024 Jeep Gladiator Mojave will get modified chassis and various styling upgrades. Mojave version looks more aggressive than regular Gladiator, and it also adds a couple of exterior features. That mostly includes off-road equipment and some upgrades under the skin. For a start, Gladiator Mojave offers a 33-inch Falken Wildpeak all-terrain tires and 17-inch wheels.

The suspension is lifted, and the axles are beefed-up. Jeep offers new skid plates. As with any other off-road version, Jeep will have to change departure and approach angles. The result is a unique and ultimate off-road pickup with an 11.6-inch of ground clearance.

Mechanical Upgrades

Gladiator is a very impressive pickup truck. The 2024 Jeep Gladiator Mojave is even better. The credit goes to various changes and modifications under the skin. Jeep wants to provide better crawl ratios and greater off-road ability. A 4 × 4 driving configuration is offered as standard.

Jeep will provide a two-speed transfer case. Mojave version also comes with a new locking rear differential, and it provides a sportier ride. Thanks to that, the comfort is better, and as we said, Jeep will also change departure and approach angles.

2024 Jeep Gladiator Mojave Release Date and Price

The forthcoming 2024 Jeep Gladiator Mojave will cost $55,000 or slightly below that. The price is not announced yet, but Mojave will cost in the same range as the Rubicon trim level. To compare, a regular Gladiator costs $67,500. Jeep will launch its newest Mojave version this Summer unless the COVID-19 outbreak forces Jeep to reschedule its plans.
